Born January 23, 1961 in Holzheim/Neuss (Rhine) 1977 mittlere Reife, 1977-81 Formation as assistant chemist (Bayer AG), 1983 FH-Reife Studies in Chemistry and Food Technology at the TFH Berlin and the Universit! de Technologie de Compiègne [Picardie/France], 1992-93 development engineer at the Rhine-Main affiliation (Friedrichsdorf [Taunus]) of Wulff GmbH (Husum). Since 1993 independent consultant.

Member of VDI (Association of German Engineers), GDL (Society of German Food Technologists) and EU.L.E. (European Institute of Food and Nutrition Sciences).

Spoken languages: German (mother language), French and Dutch (fluent), as Spanish and English. Basic knowledges in Swedish.
